Pathway 1: Demonstrate €500,000 in total assets, including €150,000 in liquid financial assets. Pathway 2: Show €650,000 in total assets, including €75,000 in financial assets.
Minimum purchase price: €375,000 nationwide (up from €350,000 in Malta and €300,000 in Gozo) OR Minimum rent: €14,000 across all regions, reflecting an increase of €2,000 in Malta and €4,000 in Gozo.
A contribution of EUR 30,000 to the Maltese economy if the residential property is purchased, or EUR 60,000 if the property is leased.
A donation to a non-governmental organization of EUR 2,000.
A non-refundable administration fee of EUR 50,000 as well as EUR 10,000 per dependent.
