You must be employed, self-employed, or a business owner providing services remotely to clients or companies located outside Portugal.
You must prove a stable monthly income—typically at least €3,280 per month for the main applicant, with additional amounts required for dependents.

A police clearance certificate from your country of origin and residence is required.
You must hold valid health insurance that covers your stay in Portugal.
